building is in a "rough" looking neighborhood but don't let that stopyou ! great location, no issues at all, parking and house is enclosed in lock gates. Never felt unsafe, and honestly a lot of places you go in new orleans look rough. Great location, even better location to streetcars, they stop right outside your front door. The chicken spot next door was delicious and open late. House was nice. 5 br/ 5 baths was essential as we were traveling as a group of 5 couples. Had a lot of questions for the host and they always responded very quickly!

We loved our stay! Parking was off-street and secured, but off the back of the house so it was tricky at first to get into. <br/>The home was beautiful and conveniently located right at a streetcar stop. There was more than enough space for our family of 11 to sleep comfortably. <br/>George sent restaurant and tourist information to us and was very accessible using the app. <br/>I would absolutely rent from George again and recommend him to others!<br/>Cindy

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly comfortable and the perfect size for my husband, our 1-year-old, and myself. The host was so friendly and highly responsive to any questions we had.<br/>We will definitely book this spot again the next time we return to NOLA!

Neighborhood in photos looks quiet but the street is very busy.There is drug dealing at a corner store across the street until early in the morning hours.The house is beautiful! It was great for me, my husband, 2 teens, my elderly mom and dog. Highly recommend.We didnt have any problems with the property. Just know what you are getting into. 

First, George the host was great. Friendly, responded quickly to my messages, provided really great recommendations to restaurants and bars. The location was great in that it was close enough to all the main spots like the French Quarter, Garden District, etc however not close enough to walk, if that’s what you’re looking for. The space is just one floor with a kitchen, living room and dining room that provided us the amenities we needed to house some food and have coffee and hang out. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was amazing, especially for 5 women. Overall, this space was exactly what we needed it for a girls trip!

We stayed 3 nights at George’s place and were very comfortable, we had a couple, a single lady and a dog.  The house was spotless when we got there and just perfect for our needs. Near lots of restaurants in the Garden district which is a very cute area, it’s about a 10 minute drive to the French quarter. Because we had a dog we couldn’t take the nearby street car but we found parking in the FQ quite easily.  We had a unit in the back on the ground floor.   It was very quiet.   George’s communications were very clear and timely and he gave us lots of good suggestions on things to do good morning and places to eat.   Very pleasant stay

Great stay overall! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around. There was also plenty of space, and the layout felt open and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Vanessa and George had a great place. Close to the St Charles line for easy access around the city. Nearby Tipitinas and Commander’s Palace. We really enjoyed the balcony, which was in the front and back of the unit, as well as the backyard area. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Also, there’s a store right across the street that’s open late, which was super convenient. AC was awesome and really came in handy with the late April heat. Beds were comfy too. Would stay again.

Great stay in New Orleans - we were there for Tulane graduation which was held in Caesar’s Dome - just about 12 minutes away + we were near great restaurants and the trolley. George was very communicative and provided great recommendations for food and shopping. Would definitely stay at this property again.
