This place was perfect for what we needed - a place to shower, sleep and do some quick laundry.  Quiet home with clean space.  Would visit again!

Our stay was during Mardi Gras and the location was great to parades.  The area was safe to not question it or be concerned. Our host was attentive to questions and responded quickly.  The home description was true,  yet from the pictures I saw on site I expected the home to be brand new. Home was clean and comfortable.  The  few suggestions I have make sure TVs work, remotes work, WiFi  wasn'tthe strongest, invest in larger frying pan and baking sheet to accommodate larger party's.  Overall good place to stay and I would recommend to anyone who ask.

The unit was as pictured, and was stocked appropriately for the 7 of us and my friends fur baby. We stayed during Mardi Gras parking was very hard to find but other than that Vanessa's place was in a good location and always felt safe and secured.

Myself and the rest of my group all agreed that we could not have picked a better place to stay for our trip to NOLA! The location was great, the house was super clean and beautifully decorated, and we really appreciated George’s local guide and recommendations. George was a great host and made the trip easier! We will definitely be looking to staying here again in the future!

This was our second year staying in this complex and we had another great experience. We came for the small weekend of Mardi Gras and the location is PERFECT as it is walking distance to the parade route (about 6 blocks). This meant we did not need a car or have to worry about parking. The three bedrooms and pull out couch was perfect for our needs.

We had 8 people and 1 dog. It was large enough for us all. Wish there was a larger table with a couple more chairs. Great time was had by our family. Thank you!

The place was very nice: most rooms had their own bathrooms, plenty of natural light, and a lovely terrace. The door was a bit difficult to open—you have to push it firmly. But overall, a wonderful place. The location is excellent: close to downtown, with Canal Street providing convenient access.

Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay.! The home is on the 2nd floor (a flight of stairs outside), right in front of the trolley line (Canal/Tonti) used a 3 day Jazzy RTA pass. Trader Joe's and Waffle House (and other local markets) in walking distance (try Dough Nguyener’s/yum!)  The Blazin' Hot Chicken next door was Hot!! The balcony facing Canal was a beautiful space to gather. The rooms were perfect-comfy beds (just one room was hot for some reason), esp with a bathroom each. Could use a few more dining room chairs, and holes in the wall of living/dining room (old electr(?), though we made everything work and had a wonderful time with friends and family. Thank you, George for hosting!

This ranks with the top Airbnb experience we have had. You could not ask for more helpful and gracious hosts.<br/>This property was just as described, short walk to the trolley, 15 minute drive to the French Quarter.  Had all the amenities you need.  Hosts are very responsive. A good value for the money.<br/>I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property.
