Our host was very quick to respond and friendly too.  The place easily accommodated space for six adults (lacks appropriate cookware for those who want to prepare food in-house).  The location is six blocks from the trolley and also a Fresh Market which has everything you need.  We really enjoyed our stay and we're able to experience  a variety of things to do.

What a great place to set up as your HQ for a visit to New Orleans. Quick to get to Bourbon, Superdome, City Park. Streetcar stops literally at the front steps (well, you have to cross the one-way street but who's counting). Comfortable for 10, esp. if some of them are couples. Plenty of bathrooms and a great central kitchen for evening suppers. We were extremely comfortable and happy with our stay and it helped make New Orleans a positively memorable week for my extended family. <br/>I still can't believe how easy it was to get to basically anywhere from this location!

We stayed two nights, and it was perfect for our party of 4. George was incredibly proactive and responsive, so the hosting experience was top-notch. If I had to give this place any “negative,” I’d say that the street parking situation made me a bit anxious, but it was doable with some maneuvering and is probably a non-issue outside of holidays when most units are booked and more vehicles out front.

George was very responsive and helpful as a host with good recommendations for the city. The listing did not mention all the stairs needed to enter the home on the 2nd floor. That was not ideal for our family which includes older members. The kitchen lacked pans and only had a couple pots, however George did offer to reimburse us for any cookware we purchased. The home was spacious and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. There were also televisions in every room.<br/>Overall I would recommend the place but only for people with no issues climbing so many stairs.

Great location if you want to stay off the French Quarter. Very easy to get to the trolly car stop across the street for cheap transportation to down town. There was also plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. Bedrooms were very nice!<br/>George was very responsive and took care of an issue we had (within the hour). Would stay there again.

My stay here was amazing. I enjoyed both units it was a pretty quiet area for my family to have privacy. There was enough room for everyone to spread out into. I enjoyed the primary room the most very large space and very clean!

The place was exactly as described, the hosts were always responsive and extremely kind with good recommendations. The home was easily walkable to the grocery store and the trolley, which was exactly what I was looking for with our stay. We had 7 people and were comfortable with all of the beds and amenities.
