Came into town for my daughters graduation from LSU Medical School with friends and relatives and this was the perfect place to base our stay.  Great location, safe, clean,  lots of room and secure parking off street.  George was very responsive and even sent tips and ideas for entertainment in New Orleans.

Great place and very accommodating.  Can take the trolly downtown 24 hrs.  Google maps has several businesses on it such as bars and restaurants within walking distance, but most weren't open while we were there. Ghost night time tour with Geoff, riverboat historic tour and Ragin Cajun swamp tour with Cpt. Sean were all fantastic.

Well taken care of and carefully planned to make sure everyone is comfortable. Just couple of stops on a streetcar from Mississippi River on one end and French Quarters on the other. It was ideal for us to be on the Canal St, but away from busy areas.

Perfect spot for a bachelor party, we were centrally located, easy to get anywhere and not far from the airport. The host was awesome, very responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Wonderful vacation stay. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was above and beyond what we are typically used to having with four teenagers in our home. Thank you for spoiling us for the week. We all slept great. Gorgeous apartment! Loved that we could have a fenced in parking spot.

Chic Oasis was great! 
We had a large group so it was nice to be able to spread out into both units but still be near enough to enjoy our family time together.George was a great communicator, always prompt with his replies, and it was nice of him to provide us with restaurant and shopping suggestions, as well as which streetcar was nearest. We will definitely consider staying at the Chic Oasis again the next time we're in New Orleans.

Wonderful updated home. My wife really wanted to cook on the big beautiful gas stove but we had other plans.   Spacious bed rooms with enough room for pack n play. Down stairs living room could use some updated seating. The upstairs living room was great.   Off street Parking was great but a little cramped, but most houses do not have that and that is one of the main reasons we chose this house.

Nice house in a convenient location
House is very close to the French Quarter and it is an easy and quick trip.  All five bedrooms have their own bathrooms and all are spacious and very nice.  Everything was clean and in working order.  Owner was very responsive and good to work with.   We would stay here again in the future.

We visited George and Brian's place during Mardi Gras and it was just what we needed -- walkable to most of the parades but far enough that it wasn't crazy at the airbnb. They were generous and friendly hosts and communication was always prompt and easy. The unit itself was clean, cute and comfy!

Another StayWatts.com designed Village that has 6 curated units (can sleep up to 32 people-please inquire). This Unit has 2 queen beds and full bath, can easily sleep 4. Great patio for relaxing after a day of touring. Uniquely close to World Famous St. Charles Street and blocks away from the street car line which runs 24hrs. 10 minute Street car ride to the French Quarter saves you from the parking. Also 1 mile away from the new Hot Spot- Freret Street bars and restaurants

It looked just like the pictures. The area is decently located. Just a quick uber to most places we visited. It didn’t feel like the safest area to walk around in at night. We had an issue with the bathroom sink while we were there but Brian was quick to fix it. He was quick to respond and gave local recommendations. The beds were comfortable and had all the basics we needed. All-in-all it was a good stay for a good price.

Brian/George was a HUGE lifesaver in my time of need. I booked a unit on another site and learned after trying to access the unit that it was double booked my family and I were stranded in New Orleans 6 hours from our home. Brian/George provided us with a rental and also allowed us to check in early. I thank God for him! He continued to make sure that we were at all times. I recommend this rental if you want a nice clean home with very caring host. We parked and used Uber which was very affordable due to this wonderful location provided by the host.

The place is like a private cottage behind a house. Well air-conditioned, separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. Has nice kitchen with dishwasher and washer dryer. TV functioned very slowly- it took a few minutes to come on after pressing the power button on remote. Pretty centrally located, it seemed like it took us no more than 15-20 minutes to drive anywhere that we wanted to go. 
My only complaint is that there were no dressers in the bedrooms to store our clothing, since we stayed for a week and not enough hangers in the closets. These were minor inconveniences.
All in all, our stay there was a good one and I have no problem recommending the place.

We had a wonderful stay during Mardi Gras.  The check-in process was seamless with full instructions and gate codes provided prior to our arrival.  Brian's place was as described and the kitchen and bathroom were beautifully designed - with lots of ice in the freezer!  Shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.  A/C worked well for both cold and heat - we had a big temperature change while we were there.  Communication was excellent.  Would definitely stay again!

The place worked well for what we needed. There was a little confusion about the parking- in the message they attach a photo and warn about where to park. The photo didn't load for us so we were really nervous and the host was a bit slow in responding. Turns out the photo isn't really important and as long as you use common sense then the parking isn't an issue. The bedrooms are bright at night. We bought blue sheets to cover them since we don't sleep well with lights. If your a city person then it's probably not an issue for you- but it was for us. Aside from that the only other issue was the rug in the living room which had so much hair on it. Traveling with a 10 month old means lots of floor time and it was pretty gross. We couldn't find a vacuum in the place and the broom wasn't sufficient. Aside from that the place was great.

Would definitely recommend. The place was very clean and had a nice updated kitchen. We were visiting with our 2yo and a 5yo and were very happy to have a secured space outside for them to run around a little.  There were a couple of hiccups with door code and wifi, but communication was always very prompt and quickly solved.
