The place was a single unit apartment above a restaurant. The kitchen had broken cabinetry, their where holes in the wall, entry door difficult to open and close. The only entry and exit is via metal stairs in back of the restaurant. Tiny kitchen and very small living room. Definitely should not be paying “luxurious mini mansion” price. Ashley

Great location if you want to stay off the French Quarter. Very easy to get to the trolly car stop across the street for cheap transportation to down town. There was also plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. Bedrooms were very nice!<br/>George was very responsive and took care of an issue we had (within the hour). Would stay there again. We loved staying at George’s place. He gave us great tips and was very responsive! Perfect trip for 10 of us. The house was beautiful and the patio perfect!! Alexis

Wouldn’t recommend for a large group of girls as the gate lock outside was accessible for anyone to reach under and unlock. The alarms were going off multiple times inside until they had to come and just rip it out of the wall. While they were at the Airbnb doing that, they had to put mouse traps everywhere because we saw a mouse run across the ground the first night. Host was nice but not very accommodating.
