Catering to groups and families, this pet-friendly haven is a fusion of traditional New Orleans character and modern comfort. Our villa sleeps several guests across 3 exquisite bedrooms, offering 3queen beds and 1 pullout couch. Warm hardwood floors and intricate moldings beneath high ceilings are bathed in natural light, setting an ambiance of old-world elegance.
Take time to unwind in the cozy living room, featuring comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a charming decorative fireplace. Culinary enthusiasts can prepare delights in the well-equipped kitchen, boasting a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all essential cooking basics. Dine indoors in the open plan area or venture outdoors to our atmospheric entertainment area.
As the sun sets, our backyard transforms into an enchanting alfresco dining spot. The area comes with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and comfortable furniture, ideal for warm NOLA evenings or intimate gatherings under the stars.
Our bedrooms carry the charm of the property with thoughtful decors matched with comfort essentials, including air conditioning for NOLA’s warm nights. The two full bathrooms come equipped with a washer, dryer, and essentials such as shampoo and a hairdryer.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its surrounding exterior areas, maintaining privacy and security. Entry into the property is efficient via a convenient keypad entry system. For those travelling by car, enjoy free parking on the premises.

Our host was very quick to respond and friendly too. The place easily accommodated space for six adults (lacks appropriate cookware for those who want to prepare food in-house). The location is six blocks from the trolley and also a Fresh Market which has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and we're able to experience a variety of things to do. We stayed two nights, and it was perfect for our party of 4. George was incredibly proactive and responsive, so the hosting experience was top-notch. If I had to give this place any “negative,” I’d say that the street parking situation made me a bit anxious, but it was doable with some maneuvering and is probably a non-issue outside of holidays when most units are booked and more vehicles out front.
